Conditions

• The adventure sports season starts every year on March 15 and ends on October 15.
• Packages can be ordered any day of the week, from Monday to Sunday.
• Welcome glass of cava.
• Package prices are per person.
• Prices are on a B&B basis.
• Accommodation will be confirmed 24-48 hours prior to check-in.
• From 04/16 to 04/21, from 04/30 to 05/04 and from 08/01 to 08/31, it is considered high season and packages have an increase of €20/person.
• From 20/06 to 24/06, 01/07 to 31/07, from 1/09 to 14/09 and from 20/09 to 28/09 it is considered mid-season and the packages have an increase of €10/person.
• Large free parking area.
• Supplement of €5/person if you want to change the beginner canyon for the advanced canyon.
• The package in a single room has an additional cost of €25/person (check availability) .
• To do water activities it is essential to know how to swim.
• Rafting is suitable for children aged 8 and over (see routes), accompanied by an adult. Check minimum age for other activities.
• We provide all the necessary equipment to carry out the activities.
• For water activities you must bring a swimsuit, towel and sports bag to leave your personal items in the changing rooms.
• To do the canyoning activity you must bring appropriate footwear, sports shoes or mountain boots that can get wet, a bottle of water and your own vehicle.
• The activities are guided by company instructors, professional experts and graduates with different disciplines and prepared to assist you in Catalan, Spanish, French, English, German and Italian.
• Package prices include VAT, accident insurance and liability insurance.
• Transportation included in the rafting activity.
• Access to our facilities, where you will find a swimming pool, sun terrace, picnic area, large gardens, gastrobar cafeteria, where if you wish you can enjoy a good stay.
• In the rafting activity, optional photography service.
• The company reserves the right to make changes to the schedules of activities.
• All prices are subject to change without notice.
• In the event of a no-show for reasons beyond the company's control, the amount paid will not be refunded. The company will be kind enough to provide a voucher to change the date.
• No cancellations will be made in case of no-show.
• Check-in at the hotel is from 2:00 p.m. and before midnight. Check-out must be before 12:00 p.m.
• Tourist tax 0.66€/person/day for those over 16 years old is not included.
• Pets are allowed at the Flórido Hotel, with a supplement of €10/day (one pet per room). Pets cannot be left alone in the room. Pets must be kept on a leash in the common areas, gardens and pool. Upon request and availability.
• If you cancel or modify up to 5 days before the arrival date, the establishment will not charge any fees. If you cancel the reservation after the deadline or do not show up, the establishment will charge 100% of the first night.
