Conditions

• The adventure sports season begins every year on March 15 and ends on October 15.
• Packages can be made any day of the week, from Monday to Sunday.
• Welcome glass of cava.
• Package prices are per person.
• Prices are on an AD basis (except in the “No Limit” pack that includes food).
• Accommodation will be confirmed between 24-48 hours before arrival.
• From 03/28 to 04/01, from 06/23 to 06/25 and from 08/01 to 08/31, it is considered a very high season and the packages have an increase of €20/person.
• From 07/01 to 07/31, it is considered high season and packages have an increase of €10/person.
• Pets are allowed at the Flórido Hotel, with a supplement of €10/day. (one pet per room). The pet cannot be left alone in the room. In common areas, gardens and pool it must be tied. Upon request and availability.
• Large free parking area.
• Supplement of €10/person if you want to change the beginner canyon for the advanced one.
• The package in a single room has a supplement of €25/person (check availability) .
• To carry out water activities it is essential to know how to swim.
• The rafting activity is suitable for ages 8 and up (check tours), accompanied by an adult. Check minimum age for the rest of the activities.
• We provide all the equipment necessary to carry out the activities.
• For water activities you must bring a swimsuit and towel.
• To do the canyoning activity you must bring appropriate footwear, sports shoes or mountain boots that can get wet, a bottle of water and your own vehicle.
• To do the bubble soccer activity you must bring appropriate footwear, sports shoes and your own vehicle.
• In the bubble soccer activity, a minimum of 8 people is necessary.
• The activities are guided by company monitors, professional experts and graduates with their different disciplines and prepared to assist you in Catalan, Spanish, French, English, German and Italian.
• Package prices include VAT, accident insurance and civil liability insurance.
• Transportation included in the rafting activity.
• Access to our facilities, where you will find a swimming pool, terrace-solarium, picnic area, large gardens, gastrobar cafeteria, where if you wish you can enjoy a good stay.
• In the rafting activity, optional photography service.
• Entry to the hotel can be made from 2:00 p.m. and before 12:00 p.m. Departure must be made before 12:00 p.m.
• Does not include tourist tax €0.66/person/day, over 16 years old.
• The company reserves the right to make changes to the schedules of activities.
• All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• In the case of no-show for reasons beyond the control of the company, the amount paid will not be returned. The company will have the courtesy to provide a voucher to change the date.
• No cancellations will be made in case of no-show.
• If you cancel or modify up to 5 days before the arrival date, the establishment will not charge you, if you cancel the reservation after the deadline or do not show up, the establishment will charge 100% of the first night.
