Cancellation policies:
If you cancel or modify up to 5 days before the arrival date, the establishment will not charge any fees; if you cancel the reservation outside of this period or do not show up, the establishment will charge 100% of the first night.
Important information:
Check-in is from 2:00 PM and before midnight. Check-out is before 12:00 PM.
If you would like to go rafting or do other activities to complete your stay, we will organize the activities for you from the hotel itself.
Pet policy:
Pets are welcome at the Flórido Hotel, with a supplement of €10/day. Subject to request and availability.
One pet up to 12kg is allowed per room.
Pets cannot be left alone in the room. They must be kept on a leash in common areas, gardens, and the pool.
