Conditions

• The adventure sports season begins on 15 March and ends on 15 October.
• Adventure packages can be done any day of the week, Monday to Sunday.
• Welcome cup of cava.
• The packages prices are per person.
• Prices are bed & breakfast (except "No limit" package that includes lunch).
• The accommodation will be confirmed 24-48 hours before arrival.
• From March-28 to April-1, June 23-25 and August 1-31, packages has an increment of 20€ per person.
• Pets allowed at the hotel with a supplement of 10€ per day. One pet per room. Pet allowed provided there is a person in the room. In common areas, gardens and pool, pet must be tied.
• Large free parking area.
• Increment of 10€ per person, if you want to change the canyon (beginners) by canyon Hell (advanced)
• The individual package room has an increased of 25€ per person (consult availability).
• To make water activities is necessary to know swim.
• The rafting activity is suitable from 8 years (consult routes), accompanied by an adult. Consult minimum age for the rest of the activities.
• We provide all the necessary equipment for activities.
• In all activities you need your face mask.
• In water activities you need your swimsuit, a towel and a backpack to store your personal items.
• For canyoning you must wear a suitable sports shoes that can get wet, a bottle of water and your car.
• To do the bubble soccer activity you must bring suitable footwear, sports shoes and your car too.
• A minimum of 8 people is required for bubble football.
• The activities are guided by the company instructors, professional experts and graduates with different disciplines and ready to assist you in English, French, Catalan, Spanish, German and Italian.
• The package prices include VAT, accident insurance and liability insurance.
• Transport included in rafting
• .Access to our facilities, where you will find a swimming pool, sun terrace, gardens and coffee bar and gastrobar, where if you want you can enjoy a pleasant stay.
• In rafting, optional photo service.
• Check in: from 14.00 to 24.00. Check out: before 12.00.
• Excludes tourist tax 0,66€ per person per day, over 16 years.
• The company reserves the right to make changes in the schedule of activities.
• All prices are subject to change without notice.
• In the case of non-presentation for reasons beyond the company, the amount will not be returned. The company will have the deference to provide a bonus in order to change the date.
• No cancellations will be made in case of no-show.
• If you cancel, modify up to 5 days before the arrival date, the establishment will not charge, if you cancel the reservation after the deadline or no show, the establishment will charge 100% of the first night.
